How often do you start eating a meal and realize it’s not really what you were in the mood for? Have you ever finished a meal, felt uncomfortably full, or still felt hungry? This app will help users get in touch with their hunger cues to help make informed decisions when eating to better understand their body’s hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues. The app will help users figure out what it is that they are craving and recommend food options that would satiate those specific cravings. Recommendations will use the user’s perceived hunger to navigate options that include at-home preparation or eating out. The app will also act as an intuitive eating check-in where users can set a timer while eating that will pause halfway to ask the user how they are feeling since they begin the meal.

All your cravings covered with FoodTude!
